Footswitch Debounce caps

Hello - I noticed that the Mouser materials package includes 5 0.1uF, 65 V film capacitors, but the BOM indicates that they should have the same but 25 V. What is the effect of this change, and are they basically interchangeable.

There are 2 capacitors in the design with 0.1uF. The 5 poly film caps are for the input buffer and debounce. The 2 ceramics are for power bypassing. You could use the same for both applications, but ceramics are generally preferred for power bypass and polys are better for audio path. Debounce is less critical.
